Each orphanage has an administrator, an assistant, a cook, a cloth washer and a guard. The administrations of all orphanages come together once a month to exchange their experience and discuss the ways they can better serve the orphans and make them happy. If any orphan has a problem and is not happy, they jointly find a solution for the problem.
