ISI gives Rs 10 crore for Deoband Conference

In an interview to Khabrain, Maulana Ajmal Qadiri of JUI (Q) said that he had heard that the ISI gave Rs 10 crore for holding the Deobandi Conference in Pakistan. He said Maulana Fazlur Rehman of JUI was a 'very big' agent of the United States, but he had the talent of working for many intelligence agencies at the same time. He said that the present chief of ISI was not only a general of Pakistan but of the entire Muslim world. He added that the 1973 Constitution was not framed by Bhutto but by Mufti Mehmood and that he had helped in drafting it.
