Kabul July 2002: Jehadi fundamentalists changed into ashes 90% of Kabul city. Many people still don't have the capability to re-build their homes and buildings. Most of the commanders and warlords, who are responsible for destruction of Kabul and killing of over 50,000 civilians in this city during their infighting from 1992-96, now have high positions in the transitional government.
